Role model

We are looking for quite simply, someone whose values and attitude you really look up to. We are looking for examples of how this person has made a positive difference to you…what is it that they do that inspires you?

Innovation

Do you know someone that has approached a problem or challenge in a creative or innovative way which has made a positive difference? Someone who isn’t afraid to try new ways of working, make new connections or ‘think outside the box’ to do something genuinely new?

Living our ethos

Do you know someone who lives our values, supporting and looking after colleagues, and making meaningful connections with the wider Sandwell family? Someone who shares a strong understanding of our responsibilities and encourages learning, development and reflection. Someone who ensures that we embrace diversity and celebrate each other’s differences, someone who promotes the positives and advocates for the Trust?

Team of the year

We have some great teams in the Trust, which team do you think deserves this award? What is it about the team that you think works so well? We want examples of why you have chosen this team.

Working together

We are looking for someone who truly makes the most of their relationships and partnerships. Someone who has had an impact due to their ability to make meaningful connections and encourage shared ownership of our challenges and opportunities.

Making a difference

This award is for someone who, by their actions and behaviours, has had a significant positive impact on a child, family or young person. We are looking for examples of people going out of their way to improve lives.

Community Champion

Do you know a colleague who has made a real difference in the community or the team that they work in? Have they worked to improve the environment; or a service that the Trust delivers; or have they worked with individuals or groups to improve their quality of life?
